Job Summary:

The position will provide technical support and assist Ai-Logix customers and prospects in developing and debugging voice, call and data processing applications using Ai-Logix and AudioCodes enabling technology. Will provide onsite training of API commands and programming assistance to customers and prospects. The engineer will consult with customers and prospects in a context of dedicated support.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Analyzing, documenting and solving hardware and software system level problems.
· Writing prototypical applications to demonstrate the use of the Ai-Logix and AudioCodes software APIs.
· Assisting our Worldwide Sales Staff in presenting technical information to
Ai-Logix customers and prospects.
· Technically represent Ai-Logix at Industry Trade Shows.
· Responding to technical information requests and problem reports.
· Participation in new product and technology transfers, as well as any outside seminars and/or
training programs coordinated by Ai-Logix.

Prior Work/Education Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
· 1-2 years work experience in application or PC board development in C++
· Good work experience and system knowledge of Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Linux
· Good Presentation and Public Speaking Skills
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
· Ability to interact with customers from many different countries
· Self-motivation with the ability to work in a professional environment with limited direct supervision
· Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
· Work experience in telephony (such as Loop Start protocol, Conferencing, Call Progress Detection,
AGC, Echo cancellation), Digital telephony protocols (i.e. SS7 or ISDN) or PBX System protocols.
· Prior experience working with enabling technology platforms.
