Basic Function
Responsible for the product requirements and lifecycle management of Ai-Logix current product line.
Responsibilities
· Document and communicate market and customer requirements to the development team
· Product life cycle management
· Prioritize and manage requirements for software releases
· Prioritize and manage new feature requests
· Purchase lab support equipment
· Maintain key product support information on website
· Communication product release schedules to the field sales force
· Coordinate product retirement activities
· Provide content for datasheets and press releases
· Assist sales with product related questions
· Participate in tradeshow activities
Skills
· Excellent verbal communication
· Excellent written communication
· Must understand telephony terminology
· Well organized
· Able to work multiple projects at once
Education
· BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
Experience
· 1 years experience engineering discipline
· 1 years product management experience a plus
