China Information World Selects Ai-Logix for ‘Best CTI Case’ Award
Somerset, NJ – (January 14, 2004)— Ai-Logix, Inc., advanced CT integration and voice recording board manufacturer, will receive the ‘Best Telecommunication CTI’ award from China Information World, China’s leading IT magazine focused on trends in CTI and the call center markets. In September 2003, China Information World launched a ‘Follow Me Best CTI Case’ competition in which 20 CTI solution providers were chosen out of numerous entries received. Winners were chosen by a combination of industry professionals, reader feedback responses, and other considerations such as careful evaluation product features, feasibility and cost. Final results were measured by the success of custom tailored applications and the value given to end-users.
Ai-Logix was chosen for their contribution to the call logging system used by Liaoning Mobile China’s contact center, which was developed using Ai-Logix call logging products. The products responsible for Ai-Logix’s achievement are the DDAC16, MTR16, and SmartTAP NGX2400. The MTR16 provides an abundance of voice resources, and the NGX2400 allows non-intrusive and live monitoring, provides support for Vox, D-channel, and advanced call control.
