Ai-Logix Names New Vice President of Finance & Administration
Somerset, NJ – (February 11, 2004)— Ai-Logix, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of John R. Gengler as its new Vice President of Finance and Administration. Mr. Gengler was promoted to the position on January 12, 2004, after serving as the company’s controller since 2002. He succeeds Mark Ringel, who has accepted a promotion with Ai-Logix’s sister company, Aitech Space Systems, Inc., a supplier of computer systems for defense, space and video applications. Mr. Gengler will be responsible for all of the company’s financial and administrative processes including budgeting, accounting, audit activities and oversight of investments; as well as personnel systems and administrative operations.
Mr. Gengler began his career more than 25 years ago as an auditor with Price Waterhouse, and has since established a broad background in finance and administration within a diverse range of industries. Mr. Gengler’s financial and business acumen has earned him an accomplished reputation for transforming companies into more productive and profitable entities within short periods of time.
Mr. Gengler is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
