Ai-Logix’s WordALERT™ Developer’s Platform Debuts at SpeechTEK West
Somerset, NJ – (February 18, 2005)— Ai-Logix, Inc., a subsidiary of AudioCodes Ltd. (Nasdaq: AUDC), and a leading provider of Enterprise Open Telephony Technology, announced today that it has released a new developer’s platform for its WordALERT™ real-time key word spotting product.
WordALERT combines Ai-Logix's SmartWORKS™ components with speech recognition board products from Natural Speech Communication Ltd. (NSC) to detect keywords spoken for call recording, quality assurance monitoring, and security applications.
The WordALERT Developer’s Platform offers a comprehensive set of work environment tools for building key word spotting based applications. Developers can build, test, and deploy applications in real-time and off-line by simply using their application tools. The platform is based on a high-speed computer processing system of 2.80GHz or higher loaded with SmartWORKS LD409H, NSCBoard4, SDKs for both boards, two demonstration programs for US English, and Windows XP Operating System.
“The WordALERT Developer’s Platform provides all the essential components our customers need to design and prototype key word spotting applications in a tested environment,” says Scott Wooster, product manager for Ai-Logix.
“The WordALERT developer’s platform offers an all-in-one box solution, which is a very strong value proposition for key word application developers, “ said Dr. Ami Moyal, CEO of NSC. “It offers a complete platform while leaving the CPU resources free to run the application by itself.”
Standard features include up to 16 simultaneous key word spotting channels (based on the vocabulary size), 4 channels of analog interfaces, 4 channels for playing and recording voice, dynamic grammar allocation, multiple and custom language support, and 4 hours of technical support. Multiple language support is also available as the possibility to use higher capacity boards capable of handling a larger number of channels within one box.
The WordALERT Developer’s Platform will be on display at the SpeechTEK West Conference located at the San Francisco Marriot during February 21 – 23 in booth #119.
