Ai-Logix Introduces WordALERT, A Real-Time Keyword Spotting Product
Somerset, NJ – (Sept 13, 2004)— Ai-Logix, Inc., a leading provider of advanced voice recording technology solutions, and a subsidiary of AudioCodes, (NASDAQ: AUDC) announced today that it has developed a new product called WordALERT™, which spots keywords spoken in real time for call recording and quality assurance monitoring applications. WordALERT combines Ai-Logix's SmartWORKS™ components with speech recognition board products from Natural Speech Communication Ltd. (NSC).
A WordALERT product demonstration will be conducted in booth 716 at SpeechTEK NY, which will be held at the New York Marriott Marquis on September 14-15. The product demo will show how WordALERT bundles enable real-time keyword spotting for automated operator supervision and continuous monitoring using open standards and proprietary telephony networks.
“Adding NSC technology to our SmartWORKS™ product line demonstrates our commitment to providing innovative speech solutions for our customers,” said Moshe Tal, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ai-Logix. “WordALERT has a number of beneficial applications for the call center market that save companies time and money while improving their business processes.”
WordALERT enables customers to automate the call monitoring process so they can listen to all calls instead of just sampling a small percentage of them. With WordALERT, users can monitor all calls in real-time, alerting supervisors if keywords like competitors' names are being used or if a request to cancel an account is being made.”
“The joint offering of Ai-Logix feature-rich telephony boards and NSC's density intensive speech recognition boards creates a specialized product for customers who are looking for an easy to install, real-time keyword spotting system,” said Dr. Ami Moyal, CEO of NSC. “WordALERT allows our customers to gain valuable insight into what is being said in recorded calls and use that information to uncover trends and quantify data into meaningful results.”
WordALERT features three product bundles specifically designed for the call logging and quality assurance monitoring segments of the speech application market.
WordALERT Developer's Kit consists of a SmartWORKS™ LD board, NSCboard, SDKs, US English vocabulary, and a working demo. WordALERT Station Logging Kit , includes an NGX2400 and NSCboard-12. WordALERT Trunk Logging Kit includes a DP3209 and NSCboard-12. All of the bundles provide the necessary hardware products for call logging with real-time keyword spotting. WordALERT bundles are expected to be available to all customers by the end of October.
