Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Sales this position entails selling AudioCodes to maintain and broaden relationships with existing and new accounts that are of significant importance to the company. The focus is on securing new and existing business from National Accounts in an effort to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate shall ensure order and revenue growth of AudioCodes products to accounts by analyzing and meeting customer needs; developing and implementing sales plans; selling products and providing customer support. The Regional Account Manager will direct an account team to optimize the relationship focusing on sales strategy, sales, customer service, technology development and on-going technical and post sales support. The Regional Account Manager will identify customers and make sales calls; performing on-site sales presentations and seminars. Travel for this position is approximately 40-50%. The Regional Account Manager is responsible for all account management activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop thorough understanding of customer/prospect global strategy and develop a comprehensive solution that includes divisional and Product group support
· Coordinate Global Engineering, Operations, Business Development and Executive Management team to implement and execute on a well defined account strategy
· Position AudioCodes as a preferred supplier to National Accounts worldwide
· Expand AudioCodes business relationship with existing customers
· Gain positive exposure at Corporate Sourcing and Divisional Sourcing levels
· Get Vertical Integration content qualified across customer enterprise
· Drive to a minimum of $4M + in annual sales revenue.
· Expand breadth of products sold to exceed established sales budgets
