What Is SmartWORKS™?

The SmartWORKS™ product family comprises our latest offering in Voice and Data cards for call recording, call logging, IVR, UM, Intelligent call handling and other CTI applications. All SmartWORKS™ products have a full complement of on-board voice resources tightly integrated with telephony interfaces.

SmartWORKS uses a single C++ API, which gives customers the flexibility to develop their applications with one board, or with any combination of boards in the family. With multiple programming models supported, developers can tailor their applications to suit their specific needs.
