Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Ideal candidate will be responsible for the product requirements and life cycle management for the current product line.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Document requirements and business case for customer enhancements or new feature requests
· Product life cycle management
· Prioritize and manage requirements for software releases
· Decide what equipment to purchase for product integration to satisfy customer requests
· Maintain key product support information on website
· Communication product release schedules
· Coordinate product retirement activities
· Communicate with customers to understand their needs
· Manage and assist the accuracy of the content for datasheets
· Conduct product evaluations and comparisons
· Assist Customer Service and the Sales Team
· Participate in tradeshow activities

Education and Prior Work Requirements:
· BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
· 3-5 years experience engineering discipline
· 3 years product management experience (Microsoft Project)
· Software development experience preferred
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
· Computer telephony experience required
· Must understand traditional and IP telephony (T1 & E1 Signaling Protocols, POTS, TDM, IP, etc..)
· Well organized and process driven
· Business experience developing business case and project justifications
· Experience developing customer score card
· Able to work multiple projects at once
