With over twenty years of product design and engineering experience to his credit, Ai-Logix has flourished under Moshe’s leadership, strategic direction and corporate vision. His many accomplishments include the acquisition of Subspace Communications, Inc. in December 1999, negotiating the acquisition of Cisco Systems’ DAC 16 product line in March 2000, and securing $4.8 million in additional capital for the Company in April 2000. Moshe is a proven leader who continues to guide Ai-Logix towards success in the call recording industry. | |||||||

Ron Romanchik brought over 17 years of technical and sales experience with him when he joined Ai-Logix in February 2000. Previously, Ron was Executive Vice President for Xtend Communications, and held other executive level positions with various telecommunications companies. His experience includes developing strategic partnerships with major telecommunications companies. Since joining Ai-Logix, Ron has built a dynamic worldwide sales team, expanded the Ai-Logix global customer base, and broadened the Company’s geographical sales presence. |

JACOB LINN Vice President of Operations |

Jake Linn joined the Company in July 2000, bringing twenty years of expertise from executive level positions in operations, consulting, management, engineering, and finance from a variety of Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Jake has extensive experience in restructuring and streamlining company operations, as well as overseeing product development, system automation, and strategy implementation. He is responsible for directing all of Ai-Logix’s operations, including engineering development , customer support and manufacturing of new products. | |||||||
Menachem Honig Chief Technical Officer |

Menachem Honig has over 15 years of experience in engineering R & D in the telephony marketplace. He is responsible for Ai-Logix's technical direction, and management of key strategic relationships. Andrew joined the company in 1998 as Director of Engineering, and in 2000, was promoted to Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Prior to joining Ai-Logix, he served as Engineering Manager for DAX Systems, Inc., and as a Senior Engineer for Dialogic Corporation (a division of Intel). Andrew is an influential factor in the design and development of Ai-Logix's product lines, and plays a major role in the Company’s product expansion into new markets. | |||||||
