The TX1240...
In VoIP recording environment, the TX1240 can filter traffic from Layer 4
(TCP/UDP) and by protocol port (i.e. SIP 5060), then redirect the traffic
towards recording servers. Where multiple Recording Servers exist, the
TX1240 will balance the load across the multiple servers such that no single
server will have a high CPU usage. Redundant data streams and failure ensure
that the data reaches the appropriate Recording Server at all times. The
TX1240 provides a flexible configuration where traffic from multiple sources
can be input into the unit, filtered and redirected accordingly to multiple
locations for processing. The TX1240 can also aggregate traffic or
deaggregate traffic act as needed for special purposes where a consolidated
or split data stream is needed. The TX1240 can be managed locally or
remotely through Telenet, helping clients build applications easier and
efficiently.
